Intro :

TV dinners are highly preserved foods and desserts which contents of high in saturated fat , MSG and sodium which will enable the foods to last for a longer period but yet still edible thus the food is less nutrition as compare to those fresh food , and since it consists of high fat , sodium and others additives , therefore , after long term of consuming those unhealthy food will cause us a dangerous health problems such as cardiovascular disease , high blood pressure , kidney disease and many others.

All TV dinners are processed which is definitely not a clean and healthy meal. It is proven to contain tons of additives, preservatives, sodium etc that will disrupt your fat storage abilities and add chemicals and diseases to the body.

It is an affordable and instant meal but it has a long-term consequences. Thus, staying away from TV dinners is highly recommended.
